- Free shipping on orders over 1,250 CZK; standard shipping from 90 CZK
- Typical delivery time: 1–2 business days after the parcel is handed to the carrier

- Plants come mainly from Dutch and Danish growers, plus Slovak and Czech suppliers; all receive a preventive pest treatment before dispatch
- Product photos are taken by the shop; each plant is unique and may differ slightly from the photo
- Plants are shipped unwatered in winter to protect the roots from cold
- No reservations; out-of-stock products offer a back-in-stock e-mail alert
- Customers can ask the shop to source a plant that is not in the catalog

## Returns and complaints

- Withdrawal from the contract: 30 days from receipt, except for perishable goods such as live plants
- Damaged, frozen or pest-infested plants and broken ceramics must be reported by e-mail with photos within 24 hours of receiving the parcel
- Complaints are resolved within 30 days; warranty is 24 months for non-perishable goods
